At Free Design Pack (https://freedesignpack.com), we offer both free and paid digital design assets. Please carefully review our refund and returns policy before making a purchase, as it outlines the terms under which refunds are granted.

1. Digital Products – No Returns

All products on Free Design Pack are digital files (design assets, templates, etc.). Once an order is placed and the files are downloaded, it is not possible to return the product. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable after the files have been accessed or downloaded.

2. Refunds Policy

Since digital products cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds. However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Defective Files: If a product file is defective or corrupted, and it cannot be used as described, we will review the issue, solve the problem and provide a new replacement file that you purchase .
  • Incorrect Product: If you received a product different from what was advertised or ordered, please contact us, and we will either correct the mistake and provide a new replacement file that you purchase .
  • Non-Accessed Products: If you made a purchase by mistake and have not yet downloaded or accessed the product, for that we can’t help you.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe that product file is defective or corrupted you are eligible for a replacement , please contact us with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue you are experiencing with the product.
  • Proof (such as screenshots) showing that the file is defective, corrupted, or different from what was ordered.

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for Money or Products the following reasons:

  • Change of mind: If you simply change your mind after purchasing or downloading the product, we do not offer refunds.
  • Improper Usage: If a product is damaged due to improper use or modification by the customer, no refunds will be issued.
